Upon opening in 2008, Mediclinic City Hospital was the first multi-disciplinary hospital in Dubai Healthcare City. As a state-of-the-art healthcare facility, it has continued to dominate Dubai’s healthcare landscape in terms of the quality of its medical staff, the breadth of services it offers and the standard of equipment it operates.

With 280 beds, Mediclinic City Hospital can accommodate patients with a wide range of individual health requirements. We offer specialist-focused treatment in the areas of cardiology, radiology, gynaecology, trauma, nuclear medicine, endocrinology , obstetrics, neonatal care and many others. We offer advanced levels of diagnosis and treatment, ensuring every patient receives the highest levels of international-standard healthcare.

State-of –the-art facilities

Mediclinic City Hospital has sourced the most advanced medical technology from around the world, including equipment for our recently upgraded Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, a 3T MRI and the very latest SPECT-CT gamma camera.

In addition, we offer digital mammography for the most accurate breast cancer checks, a digital bone densitometer for efficient osteoporosis assessment as well as a digital catheterisation laboratory, a full on-site pathology laboratory, conventional radiology and ultrasound facilities.

Very Important Patients

Treat yourself to a touch of luxury during your stay at Mediclinic City Hospital. Relax while you recuperate in our Royal suite or one of our four VIP suites all housed on the top floors of our premier healthcare facility. You can now recover in distinctive and upscale units with suite-sized rooms, gourmet meals, high-thread-count sheets, attentive security and smiling staff ready to cater to your every need. The VIP treatment continues as you use the separate VIP elevator that will take you to the VIP floor, where our dedicated staff will meet you to begin your care.

There are two types of luxury from which to choose:

VIP SUITE

The VIP suite is divided into two rooms; one for the patient and one sitting area for the family. There is plenty of room to move around and accommodate all family members or friends. The suite is equipped with two flat screen entertainment systems, wireless Internet, two bathrooms, cupboards, mini refrigerator, safe box, coffee tables and chairs, and a fold out couch to accommodate a guest.

The nightly cost of this suite includes food for the patient and one guest, as well as teas/coffees/chocolates and a fruit basket. VIP menus and room service are available.

Royal SUITE

The Royal suite is the most magnificent suite in the hospital with a clear view of the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai skyline. This suite is three times larger than the other suites. Only one exclusive Royal suite is available at Mediclinic City Hospital and it will make your stay memorable.

This suite is divided into three sections: the entrance hall, dining room, and the patient’s room. It also has two toilets. The suite also includes a private kitchen with 24 hour personal service. The suite is equipped with two falt screen TVs and one motorised, fully automated flip-down ceiling TV in the patient’s room, wireless internet, storage cupboards, mini refrigerator and a safe box. The dining room can accommodate a large number of people for a meeting or a meal so that the patient never needs to leave his business life at home. There is a sitting area to accommodate many and a pull out sofa for anyone who wants to stay.

Reasonable food costs for this room are included in the price and we will endeavour to meet all of the food requirements for the patient and the guests. A VIP menu will be provided but our staff will make arrangements to order food from elsewhere if requested. An open buffet can be set up for guests upon request. Complimentary teas/coffees/chocolates and a fruit basket will be available during your stay.

A private VIP entrance is available as well as private VIP elevators that lead to the entrance of the Royal suite, make your entrance and exit as discreet as possible. The patient will be provided with VIP access cards in order to operate the private elevators and entrance so the family can come and go with ease.
