Dr Volkan Otrakci is a Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Specialist.
He started his specialization education in Ankara University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery in 2006 and completed his specialization in 2012.
In 2014, Dr Volkan joined the Observership Program at Southwestern Medical Center, Department of Plastic Surgery, Dallas (USA, Texas).
He has expertise in breast aesthetic surgeries including breast augmentation, breast reduction and breast lift. He is also known for performing nose aesthetics, body aesthetics, face Lift and liposuction.
As of 2014, he has been serving his patients at Esteworld Plastic Surgery Hospital in Etiler, Istanbul.
